Livaana Hotel - Mysore

the rooms were equipped with modern amenities, and the view from our window was breathtaking. the room service was prompt and we never faced any issues with the bathroom or the breakfast. We also enjoyed using the leisure facilities like the gym and pool, which added to our relaxing stay.

Although the hotel experience was overall great, we did face a minor inconvenience while checking in. the staff seemed to be understaffed, and we had to wait briefly before we were assisted.

Got two free soft drinks at check-in and a complimentary breakfast. Conveniently located near local shops and eateries. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

Staff lacks proper communication and coordination, resulting in delayed services. Facilities are outdated and not up to the expected standard.

Centrally located and close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Rooms are clean and the hotel is in a quiet area. Complimentary features, such as tea and coffee, were offered during the stay.

Staff is not well-trained with poor communication and hospitality skills. Parking is limited and difficult to access.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Mysore, I was pleased to find the rooms to be nice, clean, tidy, and modern. The hot showers were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

There were, however, some negatives to my experience. One specific incident that stood out was when I tried to order complimentary coffee in the morning.
